  • MindfulPallet Publishing-Fulfilled Products: Orders for non-Printify products are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation by MindfulPallet Publishing.

  • Digital Products: Instant access or delivery via email upon successful payment.

2. Product Availability

  • Printify-Fulfilled Products: Product availability is dependent on the inventory and production capabilities of Printify’s print providers. We will notify you promptly if an item is out of stock or unavailable.

  • MindfulPallet Publishing-Fulfilled Products: MindfulPallet Publishing strives to maintain accurate stock levels, but availability may change without notice. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss options (waiting for restock, substitution, or refund).

3. Pricing

  • Accuracy: We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing. If an error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel orders and refund amounts paid.

  • MindfulPallet Publishing-Fulfilled Products:

    • Shipping Providers: Orders for MPP-fulfilled products are shipped via USPS or other reliable carriers.

    • Shipping Timeframes: Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days of processing.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Printify-Fulfilled Products: Refunds and returns for Printify-fulfilled products are handled according to Printify’s policies:

    • Refunds or replacements may be issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

    • Printify typically does not accept returns for non-defective items due to the custom nature of the products.

  • MindfulPallet Publishing-Fulfilled Products: MindfulPallet Publishing accepts returns or exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery.

8. Changes to Orders

  • Printify-Fulfilled Products: Changes or cancellations for Printify-fulfilled orders must be requested as soon as possible. If an order has already entered production, it may not be possible to modify or cancel it.

  • MindfulPallet Publishing-Fulfilled Products: Modifications or cancellations for MindfulPallet Publishing-fulfilled products are accepted within 1 hour of order placement. Once processing has begun, changes cannot be guaranteed.
