Payment Methods Policy

Secure and Flexible Payment Options

At MindfulPallet Publishing, we aim to provide a seamless and secure payment process. Below is an overview of the payment methods we accept, how your transactions are processed, and related information regarding payments for both Print-on-Demand (POD) products fulfilled by Printify and products sold directly through our store.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods, securely processed through Square:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

  • Debit Cards: Debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo.

  • Digital Wallets: [If applicable, e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, etc.].

These payment methods are accepted for both Printify-fulfilled products and MindfulPallet Publishing-fulfilled products.

2. Payment Processing

  • Secure Transactions: All payments are processed through Square's secure payment gateway, which uses SSL encryption to protect your data.

  • Privacy: We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. Payment details are securely handled by Square, a trusted payment processor.

3. Payment Timing

  • Immediate Charge: Your payment method will be charged at the time of purchase.

  • Order Hold: Orders will not be processed or shipped until the payment has been successfully confirmed. If there are any delays in processing the payment, your order may be placed on hold until payment is verified.

4. Currency

  • Transactions: All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or credit card provider may convert the amount to your local currency based on their exchange rates and fees.

5. Taxes

  • Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout for orders shipped to addresses within the United States.

  • International Taxes: For international customers, taxes and duties imposed by your country may apply. These are not included at checkout and will be the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

6. Failed Transactions

  • Notification: If a transaction fails, you will be notified immediately during the checkout process.

  • Resolution: Please verify your payment details and try again, or contact your financial institution if the issue persists. You may also reach out to us at support@mindfulpalletpublishing.com for assistance.

7. Payment Disputes

  • Contact Us First: If you encounter any payment disputes, errors, or issues with your order, please contact us directly at support@mindfulpalletpublishing.com. We are committed to resolving payment issues as quickly as possible.

  • Chargebacks: Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in the suspension of your account and purchasing privileges on our platform. Please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback to allow us the opportunity to resolve any issues.

8. Fraud Prevention

  • Verification: We take fraud prevention seriously and reserve the right to request additional verification for certain transactions. If fraud is suspected, we may cancel the order or put the transaction on hold until verification is completed.

  • Compliance: We comply with all applicable laws and regulations to prevent fraud, identity theft, and money laundering. This includes using Square's built-in fraud prevention tools to monitor for suspicious transactions.
