This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed for both Print-on-Demand (POD) merchandise and products directly sold through our store, such as digital downloads and books.

1. Overview
We strive to ensure that all customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order or if there are issues with your products, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

2. Cancellations
Order Cancellation Window:

For Print-on-Demand (POD) merchandise, cancellations are only available within 1 hour of purchase due to the custom nature of the products.

For physical books sold directly through our store (not via Amazon), cancellations can be requested within 12 hours of purchase before the product is processed for shipping.

How to Request a cancellation:

To cancel your order, please contact us at support@mindfulpalletpublishing.com with your order number and cancellation request. Please note, if the order has already been processed for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.

3. Reporting Issues
Timeframes:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if your order is incorrect, you must report the issue within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement.

How to Report an Issue:

Clear photos showing the damage or defect (if applicable).

4. Damaged or Defective Products
Eligibility:
We accept returns or offer replacements for products that are damaged or defective upon arrival. This applies to both POD merchandise and physical books sold directly by MindfulPallet Publishing.

Resolution Options:

Refund: A full refund to the original payment method.

Replacement: A replacement of the same item (if available).

Store Credit: You may opt to receive store credit for future purchases.

For Print-on-Demand products, we follow Printify’s policies closely, meaning defective products due to production errors (e.g., misprints, damage in shipping) are eligible for return or replacement.

5. Non-Defective Returns
Due to the custom nature of Print-on-Demand products, we generally do not accept returns for non-defective items (e.g., wrong size, change of mind). All POD items are made to order specifically for each customer.

Exceptions:

If there is an issue with the order that falls outside of the customer's control, such as a major error in printing or fulfillment, please contact us, and we may consider an exception on a case-by-case basis.

For physical books sold directly by MindfulPallet Publishing (not Amazon), we may accept returns for unopened, non-defective items within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

6. Digital Products
Non-Refundable:
All digital downloads (e.g., e-books, coloring books, activity books) are typically non-refundable once the purchase has been made due to the nature of instant digital delivery.

Exceptions:

If the digital file is corrupted or incorrect, please contact us at support@mindfulpalletpublishing.com with the details, and we will assist you in rectifying the issue by providing the correct file or another solution.

7. Refund Process
Timeframe:
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days from the time we confirm the return or issue approval for a refund.

Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

8. Shipping Costs
Responsibility for Return Shipping:

For defective or damaged items, MindfulPallet Publishing will cover the cost of return shipping.

For non-defective returns (e.g., unopened books sold directly by us), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
