Below is an overview of our shipping process for both Print-on-Demand (POD) products fulfilled by Printify and products sold directly through our store, such as physical books (once available).

1. Order Processing Time
Print-on-Demand Products (via Printify):
Orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days. Since these products are custom-made for each order, fulfillment times may vary slightly depending on product type and order volume.

Products Sold Directly by MindfulPallet Publishing:
Once available, products sold directly through our store will also have an estimated processing time of 2-5 business days. For pre-orders or special items, specific timelines will be provided during checkout.
2. Shipping Times
Domestic Shipping (USA):

Print-on-Demand Products (via Printify): Estimated delivery time for domestic orders is typically 5-7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Products Sold Directly by Us: For books and other items sold through our store, domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing.

International Shipping:

Print-on-Demand Products (via Printify): International shipping times vary depending on the destination, typically between 7-21 business days. Delays may occur due to customs or other factors outside our control.

Products Sold Directly by Us: International shipping for products sold directly by MindfulPallet Publishing will be available, and estimated delivery times will range from 10-30 business days, depending on your location.
3. Shipping Costs
Print-on-Demand Products (via Printify):
Shipping costs for POD items are calculated based on the destination, product type, and shipping method. Exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Products Sold Directly by Us:

Domestic Shipping: Flat-rate or calculated rates will be provided based on product weight and shipping location. Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on select products or orders over a certain amount. Specific promotions and conditions for free shipping will be listed on the product page or during checkout.
4. International Shipping
Availability:
We currently ship to a wide range of international destinations. Shipping availability and costs will vary based on location, and any restrictions will be noted during checkout.

Customs and Duties:
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. MindfulPallet Publishing is not responsible for any delays or additional charges imposed by customs.
5. Tracking
We provide tracking numbers for all shipped orders when available.

Print-on-Demand Products (via Printify): Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Products Sold Directly by Us: Orders shipped directly from MindfulPallet Publishing will also include tracking numbers when available, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.
6. Lost or Returned Orders
Lost Packages:
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@mindfulpalletpublishing.com with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and provide a replacement if necessary.

Incorrect Address:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to re-ship the order.
7. Fulfillment Partners
Print-on-Demand Products (via Printify):
All POD products are printed and fulfilled by Printify. These products are shipped directly from their print providers, meaning multiple items in an order may arrive separately if they are fulfilled by different providers.

Products Sold Directly by Us:
Items sold directly through MindfulPallet Publishing will be fulfilled and shipped from our location or designated fulfillment center.
8. Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events such as extreme weather or natural disasters. If you experience any significant delays with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
